Personally Identifiable Information (PII) can be defined as:

1. Any information that can be used to distinguish or trace an individual’s identity, such as name, national identity number, date and place of birth, mother’s maiden name, or bio-metric records; and

2. Any other information that is linked or can be linked to an individual, such as medical, educational, financial, and employment information.

Weza.io has put in place strict policies and measures to protect personal user data across all services and APIs. The most significant of these is that we encrypt all personal data on our back-end. It is decrypted when you access it through the APIs.
